No Returns, No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

At KAAZE Sounds, we offer exclusively digital products which means all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered via download, it cannot be returned.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

• Instant Access: When you purchase a Mainstage Essentials Pack, you get immediate access to download the product. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be 'returned.'
• Irrevocable Delivery: Digital products are irrevocably delivered and cannot be 'un-downloaded' or physically returned to us.
• Preview Samples: We provide previews of our sample packs so you can be sure of what you're getting before you commit to a purchase.

Exceptions:
